Tiny's & the Bar Upstairs

It all began with 3 siblings who had a tiny dream... The Abramcyk trio: Ana, Matt & Jack set out to create a family run, neighborhood spot where anyone & everyone could come eat, drink or just talk over a glass of wine & leave happier than when they entered. Thus... Tiny's & the Bar Upstairs was born.

Let's go back to the 1800s... the origination of the townhouse. Fast forward to today... the townhouse; now pink & located in the heart of Tribeca is known both nationally & internationally as a NYC gem. The warmth & charm of Tiny's evolved from the interior design which uses the perfect harmony of the original & restored raw elements: copper, marble, brick, stone and zinc.

Ana, Matt & Jack complement the warm-hearted & artistic spirit of Tiny's. The sibling dynamic & creativity was the catalyst behind the magic of what Tiny's represents today: The Pink Townhouse with great food & good times that everyone gravitates towards.

Yves

Yves Restaurant was inspired by Smith & Mills owners, Akiva Elstein and Matthew Abramcyk, adoration of the small and highly personalized owner-operated neighborhood Café culture in Paris (Montmarte).  Yves occupies a two hundred year old former Seafarers Inn, across from the main downtown Hudson River entrance.  The restaurant is washed in a minimalist design aesthetic in the heart of picturesque Tribeca (across the st from the Greenwich Hotel).  The restaurant features photographs (Aaron Stern) featuring Parisian streetscapes and Jean Prouve inspired custom millworks and metalworks along with various midcentury modern antique fixtures and farrow and ball paints.

Yves has been labeled the best view to water and people watching in Tribeca – at the corner of commerce and celebrity and neighborhood – the restaurant is as comfortable in the feeling of a purposeful daytime business meeting or for an evening date.  The warm space (design aesthetic) and staffs’ unique brand of neighborhood hospitality (friendly with personality) – support the warm glow of hospitality that you would expect from this Woody Allen “New York” corner restaurant.  Specifically, beyond attending to guests needs our staff is absolutely focused on ensuring guests comfort and satisfaction all the while creating new stories and memories daily (as the neighborhood and life evolve through the restaurant).

The 46 seat (interior seating) is made much larger feeling by the 80 plus outdoor seats (weather permitting) on the corner of N Moore st with the Hudson River in the backdrop.,

Smith & Mills

Formerly a carriage house dating back to the early 1900s, Smith & Mills embodies the intrinsic romance & charm that is old New York. Akiva Elstein and Matthew Abramcyk have created an environment where soft lights envelope aging materials, from walls wrapped in molded plaster to a bar and doors fabricated from centuries-old wood, even to a turn-of–the-century elevator cabin.

While the original architectural bones & exterior were restored, the interior design highlights a combination of both bauhaus & constructivism.

The interior design & atmosphere were created to be intentionally unassuming; the intimate extension of one’s living room.

Perhaps the smallest (450 square feet) yet the most bustling, neighborhood spot in Tribeca.

Within every design detail, a story emerges - enriched by the harmony of something new with something past.

Smith & Mills is opening it's second location this Fall 2022 in the heart of New York City, Rockefeller Center.

Warren 77

Warren 77 is a vintage-inspired, American sports bar & grill reminiscent of Madison Square Garden in the 1960s. The interior design features industrial architectural elements such as exposed bricks and visible piping combined with classic and club-style furniture throughout. Warren 77 embodies the nostalgic nature of a sports history museum showcasing a glass encased wall of vintage baseball cards, black & white photography of iconic athletes, retro video games and locker shelves full of sought after memorabilia. Whether a sports fan or not, Warren 77 became a New York City destination spot for its unmatched “feel good” atmosphere and spirit.*

Holy Ground

Holy Ground is a restaurant & Speakeasy where classic New York City meets clandestine Cocktail Bar. Upon entering a non discrete front door followed by a hidden staircase, from the moment you step into Holy Ground you are transported to the New York of centuries past. Familiar, yet with some surprising nuances.

The interior design features architectural elements and decor reminiscent of historic and clubby dining destinations, where drinking and late night revelry embodied the spirit of the times. Secretive in nature and with a dimly lit atmosphere, Holy Ground creates a seductive and hidden away feel. Warm, dark mahogany wood and bold shades of red and vintage touches are found throughout. The atmosphere is fun & unique, there is no experience quite like it…*
